  • Silver Package Service Plan

    silverWe recommend that the following machines should be covered by a Silver Service Contract:

    SO4500, GR4500, SO8000, GR8000, Quattro Mini, Quattro Midi

    The number of services a machine requires in a 12 month period is dependent on the usage therefore Gold & Platinum contracts are still available for the above machines.

    The contract includes one scheduled service per year, per machine which includes:

    • Replace All O Rings & Seals
    • Clean Level Sensor
    • Replace water & Detergent Filters
    • PAT Test (Portable Appliance Test)
    • Full Inspection including electrical components
    • Clean & Test Machine
  • Gold Package Service Plan

    goldWe recommend that this level of Service Contract is taken out for the following machines:

    SV4000, SDV4500, Omega, SV8000, SDV8000, Quattro Maxi, Quattro Plus

    The number of services a machine requires in a 12 month period is dependent on the usage therefore Platinum contracts are still available for the above machines.

    The contract consists of one scheduled service per machine per year which includes:

    • Replace All O Rings & Seals
    • Clean Level Sensor
    • Replace water & Detergent Filters
    • PAT Test (Portable Appliance Test)
    • Clean vacuum bucket sock and airways and replace vacuum exhaust filter
    • Covers all service components
    • Full Inspection including electrical components
    • Clean & Test Machine
  • Platinum Package Service Plan

    platWe recommend that the following machines should be covered by a Platinum Service Contract:

    SD8 4×4, SDV8 4×4, SD5KW, SD10KW, SD20KW, GR8888, SDV8888

    The contract includes two scheduled service visits per year per machine which includes:

    • Replace All O Rings & Seals
    • Replace water & Detergent Filters
    • Replace Level Sensor
    • Replace Safety Valve
    • Replace Boiler non return valve
    • Replace Vacuum Filter
    • PAT Test (Portable Appliance Test) where applicable (240v)
    • Full Inspection including electrical components
    • Clean & Test Machine
    • Contract covers all service replacement parts

Price Structure

All prices are shown per machine and are exclusive of VAT.

A service contract can be applied to any machine still in its warranty period, subject to a full chargeable service being carried out prior to the commencement of the service contract.

Discounts

Matrix is able to offer discounts on the above pricing structure based on the number of machines that are purchased.

All machines must be available in the same location and at the same time when the service is to be carried out.

The above pricing is applicable up to two machines. Between 2 & 10 machines on one site – 10% discount on above prices. Further discount is a available for 11+ machines on one site and a price will be given upon request.

Terms & Conditions

Matrix Cleaning Systems is unable to provide cover with in the service contracts for any consumables such as hoses and/or accessories.

If there is evidence to suggest misuse of equipment or an untrained operator has been allowed to use the equipment, the Maintenance Contracts become void and all repairs that result from the misuse will be chargeable to the customer. In these circumstances, the Service Manager will discuss the matter before repairing. No repairs will be done before the client has been in formed and given approval.

Travelling costs may be incurred if the machines are not in the location stated or they are not accessible to the engineer on arrival at site.
