By placing an order with Matrix Cleaning Systems you agree to accept our terms and conditions which are as follows:
Deliveries:
Delivery of goods is normally within 2-3 business days on receipt of your order. Certain items may have to be specially ordered into stock. When this is the case, delivery will take longer and we will contact you to inform you of the Estimated Delivery Date. Delivery Charges and Handling:
Delivery is £3.50 + VAT on all orders of £75 and under. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge. If a delivery charge applies to your order, it will be added to your total amount once you begin the checkout process.
Free Delivery is included in the price of the unit, where the unit is being delivered to the U.K. Mainland only, unless otherwise stated. Items which require delivery to U.K. offshore destinations or remote areas, will be subject to an additional charge. This will depend on the product purchased and location of delivery address. Charges may be requested prior to delivery.
Out Of Stock Items:
If for some reason your product selection is currently out of stock, we will contact you either via email or phone to notify you and to give you the opportunity to cancel your order or to continue with your purchase. Should you wish to continue with your purchase we will endeavour to obtain your item for you as quickly as possible.
Tax Charges:
The products listed on our site are subject to the addition of VAT at a rate of 17.5%. This will be calculated once all purchases have been added to your shopping cart and you continue with the checkout procedure.
Guarantee:
All of our products carry a 12 month parts guarantee.
Privacy Policy:
Matrix Cleaning Systems will not disclose buyers information to third parties. We use cookies on our web site, purely as a tool to track the contents of your shopping cart so that what you add to your cart will be remembered for checkout purposes. Please see our full Privacy Policy statement for a more detailed explanation.
Returns Policy:
If for any reason there is a problem with your purchased item, please contact Matrix Cleaning Systems immediately to discuss and arrange returning your item.
Carriage charges are non-refundable. When returning your item please choose a suitably packed, insured and traceable carriage method. We do not compensate for items being returned that are damaged or lost due to incorrect packaging or handling by the dispatcher or carrier.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of authorisation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage and packing when returning an item unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item was damaged or defective when you received it. Proof of postage is required. It is extremely important that you quote your order number clearly in order to ensure a prompt response from us regarding any refund for, or replacement of, a returned item.
If an item is damaged upon arrival with the customer we will arrange collection and a subsequent replacement will be provided. Faulty items still under warranty will in most cases be collected, repaired and returned. If the item is uneconomic to repair a replacement will be issued.
Machines come with specified warranties for each individual machine. If a machine breaks down within the warranty period stated and it requires our engineer to inspect the machine, the machine will be returned to us on a back to base policy - i.e. all carriage/postage charges are payable by the customer.
Refund Policy:
Matrix Cleaning Systems does not usually issue refunds for items purchased in error. We are however happy to replace the incorrect item with the original intended purchase. If we should elect to provide you with a refund we expect the item to be returned at the customers expense. The product must be unused and complete with all original packaging, leaflets and instruction manuals that were originally provided. It must also be in a condition suitable for re-sale. For items purchased in error we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original cost of the item. This covers any expenses that have been incurred by ourselves.
Distance selling regulations stipulate that you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period for returning items. Once the item is used, you will be deemed to have accepted the item sent to you and therefore it will not be returnable.
Business to Business transactions do not apply.
Suitability Of Goods:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct items and model are ordered for your purpose. Due to international specifications listed within any packaging and user guide/manuals supplied, the information we may specify may not match that of the manufacturers published specifications. This is due to either product development, varying models, specification change or local variations.
Online Images of Products:
Some product images that feature on the Matrix Cleaning Systems web site, may vary slightly from that of the actual product delivered, due to the need for designers and developers of products to consistently strive to improve and update the products.
